We have used Irish Mist for carpet cleaning. They were timely, reasonably priced and seemed to take extra care when dealing with high traffic areas. They typically have an insert in the monthly "valpak" / blue envelope ads that are delivered in the mail.
As for the bathroom vent/fan, I am not sure which type of contractor would install that. I am thinking perhaps an electrician could handle it. If so, we have used Load Side Electric and they were skilled and friendly. I am not sure on their pricing, as we had work executed under a home warranty contract.
